With 12 years of teaching experience, it has been my aim from day one to provide the absolute best level of service to our education staff and the schools that trust us with their staffing solutions. There is absolutely a better way, and that is what everyone at Certus Education strives for.

 With over 20 years’ experience as a Primary School Teacher, I’m passionate about helping educators find the right balance between flexibility and purpose. I work closely with schools to secure skilled, dedicated staff who also align with their values, culture, and community.  

SEND Liaison Coordinator

My passion for what I do stems from my empathetic approach and deep understanding of complex needs. With extensive experience placing specialist tutors into SEND roles, I ensure every Tutor is thoughtfully matched to the child’s individual requirements, creating the best possible environment for progress and support.  

Education Staffing Partner (Hertfordshire and Essex)

My love for helping people who are as passionate as I am about education stems from my 11 years of my own teaching experience. I always demand the best from myself within teaching and this absolutely translates to the excellence of service and staff that we provide here at Certus Education.
